The FAQ page and the request-tracking page absorb the majority of recurring inquiries (required documents, fees, request status) before they reach staff.

A chat icon on the site answered directly by staff during working hours, with a simple text bot that guides users between services and escalates the conversation to the relevant staff member. The chat icon appears at the bottom of the page after the Live Chat channel is enabled.
